tuart Weinroth to Direct Fiscal Management Functions for Fast-Growing Web Enablement Solutions Provider
DENVER – HyperSpace Communications, Inc. (HyperSpace), a worldwide leader in the development of Internet acceleration software products, announced the appointment of Stuart G. Weinroth as Chief Financial Officer. He also will assume the position of Treasurer and Secretary of the Board of Directors. Mr. Weinroth joins HyperSpace from Atlas Air Worldwide Holdings, Inc., with an extensive background in financial management for the service, transportation and public sectors.
“Stu’s many years of experience in corporate financial strategy, strategic planning and bottom-line improvement are a great asset to HyperSpace,” said Frederick J. Bolin, President and CEO for the Company. “His finely tuned skills will immediately provide a tremendous benefit to the operations and financial management of our rapidly growing organization.” Mr. Weinroth was Vice President and Chief Accounting Officer at Atlas Air Worldwide Holdings, a company publicly traded on the New York Stock Exchange. He also held financial planning and controller functions at the company. Previous to his position at Atlas Air, Mr. Weinroth worked at United Airlines as Business Manager for the Maintenance Division and as a Senior Analyst for Financial Planning and Analysis. Mr. Weinroth also spent several years in the City of Chicago’s Departments of Aviation and Public Works as Director of Finance, and Manager of Financial Controls, respectively.
Mr. Weinroth received his degrees in Public Policy from the University of Chicago, and is enrolled in the Executive MBA program at the University of Denver Daniels School of Business.
