John P. Yeros Chairman, CEO
Mr. Yeros most recently was the Chairman, President and Founder of Medix Resources, Inc., the parent company to National Care Resources-Colorado, National Care Resources-Texas, TherAmerica, Inc. and Cymedix Lynx Corporation.
Prior to founding Medix Resources, Inc., John Yeros operated and managed the Colorado area for B. C. Christopher Securities, a NYSE member. He has also served as the VP Manager of Wallstreet West Securities Company and has had account executive experience with Hanifen Imhoff, Inc., a NYSE full service securities firm, at their Denver Tech Center office, as well as Merrill Lynch and E. F. Hutton. Mr. Yeros is a graduate of Wichita State University.
Peter J. Cranstone President & CTO
Mr. Cranstone is cofounder of the Company. Formally educated in England, where he obtained Advance level exams in Law and Economics and an associates degree in Business. He is a Certified Novell Engineer and for the past 10 years has devoted substantially all of his time to advancing data compression algorithms. He is the co-inventor of the two patent pending applications covering the HyperSpatial™ smart engine and EMAS™ application, (Electronic Messaging Alert System) which allows for web enabled devices to be controlled via simple email.
James G. Kelly Chief Financial Officer
Mr. Kelly held senior corporate finance positions at Texas Instruments, Inc., a manufacturer of semiconductors and digital signal process components, and Cooper Industries, Inc., a manufacturer of electronic, consumer and industrial equipment. Mr. Kelly also has twelve years of international and domestic business development experience including mergers and acquisitions, strategic alliances, competitive assessments and change management. He has a BBA in Marketing and a Masters degree in International Finance and has participated in over 30 M&A transactions with a combined value in excess of $7 billion.
David Pfeil Chief Operating Officer.
Mr. Pfeil has more than 21 years of management experience in healthcare information technology operations. Most recently, David served as President and COO of Cymedix Lynx Corporation, an Internet physician connectivity company, and as the CTO of Cymedix’ parent company Medix Resources (AMEX:MXR). David has also founded, developed and sold two software companies. In 1997, Pfeil founded Automated Design Concepts (ADC) an Internet e-commerce development firm. Prior to that, Pfeil was the founder and President/CEO of Dezine Healthcare solutions for nearly 17 years.
Mr. Pfeil graduated Valedictorian from Lehigh University with a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering and a Masters of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Minnesota after receiving a full fellowship through a research grant from IBM.
Kevin J. Kiley Senior Programmer
Mr. Kiley is one of the cofounders of the company. He has been an advanced systems programmer for more than 20 years with an emphasis on telecommunications and network programming. Some of Mr. Kiley’s credits include, network information and collection systems via satellite for the Wal-Mart organization, integrated communications systems for United Parcel Service, and many projects for IBM. Mr. Kiley was also the sole author of a new software based version of IBM’s Remote Initial Program Load (RIPL) networking application which allows diskless workstations to boot any operating system across any network. A world-renowned expert in the remote control of devices across networks, Mr. Kiley is also the sole author of ElseWare®, the worlds smallest and fastest PC remote control software.
